I’m currently designing a Meeting Management Dashboard for Bank Maskan, aimed at improving how internal meetings are planned, tracked, and documented across teams and departments. The goal of this project is to replace fragmented, manual processes with a centralized, user-friendly system that increases transparency, efficiency, and accountability.

My role covers the end-to-end product design process, including user research, stakeholder interviews, user flows, wireframing, and high-fidelity UI design. I collaborated closely with product owners and technical teams to understand real operational challenges and translate them into practical design solutions.

Key focus areas include clear meeting scheduling, agenda management, decision tracking, action item follow-ups, and reporting for managers. The dashboard is designed with scalability and accessibility in mind, ensuring it can be used easily by both operational staff and management.

This project reflects my experience in designing complex, enterprise-level fintech products with a strong focus on usability, clarity, and real-world workflows.
