Designed a location-based appointment booking application for clinics and doctors to optimize the patient booking flow and minimize time waste for all users, including elderly and less tech-savvy individuals.
The platform consists of three main interfaces:
User App (Patients): Allows users to find nearby clinics based on their current location, view available doctors and time slots, and book appointments easily. The UX is intentionally simple, clear, and accessible to reduce friction and ensure a smooth experience for all age groups.
Doctor App: Provides doctors with a dedicated interface to manage their schedules, view upcoming appointments, confirm or reschedule bookings, and communicate availability to patients.
Admin Panel: A centralized system for clinic administrators to oversee bookings, manage clinic details, monitor doctor availability, and handle overall system settings. This side ensures efficient coordination between patients, doctors, and clinic staff.
The key objective of the project was to streamline the appointment scheduling process, reduce unnecessary steps, and create a reliable system that improves operational efficiency. Emphasis was placed on location-aware search, intuitive interactions, and inclusive design, ensuring that users of all ages can navigate the app without frustration
